You may cancel or change your CheckIn.Pub service from the Subscription Portal at any time (your service will continue until the end of the billing period and no pro-rata refund will be given).
If your payment method fails, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method up to date via the Subscription Portal. If no payment is received, your service risks being discontinued.
