We instantly text the customer back with a confirmation that they have checked in (customers just show venue staff the text to verify).
If we don't already know your customer's name, they can add it by texting us back (they only need to do this once)
Customer contact numbers and names are kept in a secure, GDPR compliant UK data center and available if required by health authorities. Data is automatically removed after 21 days.
It's as simple as that!
